Coaches/Team Managers: Coaches/team managers are the representative for the team and are responsible for passing on any information that Real Mundial FC needs to communicate to each team. The coach/team manager is also responsible for ensuring that his team is aware of the rules of the game as well as Battlefield Sportsplex rules and policies.

Player Cards: All players must have a Real Mundial FC Player Card in order to play in any division. Player Cards will be given to the coach prior to the first game. A valid age verification document with date of birth is required to obtain a Player Card such as a passport, state ID or birth certificate. Referees will collect the player cards at the beginning of each game and returned to the coach at the end of each game. If a player receives a red card during a game, that player card will be confiscated and held with the Leagues officials until the player has served their suspension time. The card will then be returned to the coach. Real Mundial FC has the right to deny any player a Player Card.

Team Rosters: Maximum team roster is 16 players. Players must have played in at least 1 regular season game before being allowed to play in the play offs. A player may only be only be rostered to one team. If a non-registered player is put on a roster or found playing on the field, this will cause the team to forfeit any games in which the non-registered player has participated. It is the responsibility of the coach/team manager to know which players are rostered. Real Mundial FC reserves the right to check the player card of any player on a roster at any time to ensure teams have followed this policy. Mandatory roster checks will be conducted for all playoff and championship games or at any time at the discretion of the league. If a team suspects an unrostered player or other illegal activity associated with other team, they should inform the league officials immediately. If this activity is discovered after the game is completed, the team should file a formal protest to the League Officials.

Official Games: A game is considered “official” after one completed half of play. If there is an unforeseen circumstance such as a power outage etc. the current score will stand as official once a half has been played.

Forfeits: Coach/team managers must notify the league officials of Real Mundial FC of their intent to forfeit. Real Mundial FC will then notify the other team. If a team shows up to play and the opposing team does not show up, then the team present will win by forfeit. The team that does not show up will still be responsible to pay referee fees if prior notice is not given. In the case of a forfeited game, players from the teams are normally allowed to use the field, to practice, scrimmage, etc. However, Real Mundial FC reserves the right to use the field, at that time, for other activities at the discretion of management. Forfeiture will be incurred if a team fails to field the minimum number of players (4 player minimum) within five (5) minutes from the start of the game clock.

Game clock will not stop once it has started, and will not be reset if a team shows up late. Any team no-show will result in a 2-0 victory for opposing team. The game will not be rescheduled. After the first forfeit, the team that forfeited will receive a warning. If a team forfeits three times in one session, the team will be pulled from the league and registration money will be lost.

Sportsmanship: Individuals are expected to play within the rules of the game and to the best of their ability to avoid causing injury to themselves and other persons using the facility.

Referees: Referees appointed to officiate each game have complete authority on the field of play, and their decisions are final. Officiating will be monitored and assessed periodically. Real Mundial FC will not overturn any calls made by the referee during the course of a game. Each team is responsible for paying the referee fee. The referee fee is $10 per team.
